Avoid renting from this company or you will be constantly frustrated and crying. During walk through of rental, agent wrote down all repairs necessary, 3 of which were of major importance: no water from bathroom plumbing, tiles falling like rain in other BR shower, mold in both bathrooms. Notified: online repair request, calls, emails, certified letter, visit to actual office. Responses to every one of these? SILENCE.

We now have to send certified letters, pay up front for very expensive repairs, deduct from rent, go to main office with mound of evidence and pic's proof to see real humans promise unicorns, diamonds, fairies and repair in 2 days. No repair done. No notification of repair coming. As ALWAYS. Working 8-5, M-F; must send certified letter, organize a repair, pay uprfront, & deduct.

This means ongoing disruption and frustration while trying to keep job.

They promise- always empty. They respond to requests- ALWAYS with silence. Worst rental experience EVER. These companies that agent lease are actually buying up 100's of homes, then renting, then disappearing essentially. With dangerous repairs, promised on move in day to REPAIR. I truly disagree w/calling them "professional services".

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
