I am a new resident to Havenbrook Homes. My family and I have only lived her a few months.

In the first month or so the air condition went out and we were forced to wait several days before it was repaired. Being in the service industry myself I was disgusted with there poor customer service and attention to maintenance issues. Yesterday I emailed a service request for the glue separating from around the counter on my kitchen sink. I was totally surprised when I received a phone call within a few hours to advise me a repair man would be out same day.

I want to thank Eli, the repair man who came out. Not only did he call on the way but he was kind, understanding and most of all communicated to me what the issue was and the resolution to fix it.

He is definitely an asset to this poorly managed company and I personally plan to request him in the future. Thanks again Eli for making me feel like my inconvenience mattered.
