Pissed Consumer Interviews ?
I moved out of my Havenbrook rental on November 30, 2017, at the end of my lease. Prior to my move I notified the property manager of my forwarding address on two separate occasions, Nov. 28, before my move and once after, December, 15, 2017. I emailed the property manger on Dec. 20, asking for an update. She said she would get back to me. To date, Jan. 2, 2018, I have not gotten ANY response from ANYBODY, not from the local office or the corporate office in reference to my security deposit. Left my fourth message with the customer service number today, as there is no corporate number listed. At this point, I am owed a full refund of the $1800 security deposit.

Workers Don't know what they are doing it talking about. They have NO knowledge of anything. All they want is your money. They told my cousin that they do not check rental history and he was disqualified because of a 4 year old eviction. Liars, Liars, Liars. Don't waste your time with these people.
